The Shadow and Flame forum was born on Jan. 11, 2005, out of a desire to create a collecting community that was just a bit different.
With prior observation of the many collector forums on the net, the goal was to combine the positive and successful aspects of collecting- and the ultimate result was something unique.
Lord of the Rings and Sideshow Weta provided the strong roots that still ground the forum a year after its establishment. Narnia and Kong soon followed as natural suitors to the theme. We now indulge in the great spectrum of the fantasy vein in which these stories and collectibles all belong, with Harry Potter and Star Wars covering the bases. Membership has grown to over 250 members prior to our first anniversary, and includes participants from all across the globe.
With recent additions of a member collection gallery and a integrated chat, the forum is now more fully featured than ever. Going into our second year, we hope to continue providing a friendly atmosphere for collectors.
